At Gordon Children’s Academy, we use Arbor, a secure online platform, to keep parents and carers connected with their child’s school life.
What is Arbor?
Arbor is our school’s management and communication system. It allows you to access important information about your child quickly and easily from your phone, tablet, or computer.
What can I use Arbor for?
Through Arbor, you can:
• Receive letters and messages from school
• Book school lunches
• Sign up for wraparound care (Jaggers Breakfast and After School Club)
• Pay for extra curricular clubs, trips, events and other activities
• Give permissions (e.g. trips, photos)
How do I get an Arbor account?
• We send all new families an Arbor welcome link by email.
• To activate your account, click the link, then select ‘Forgotten Password’ and enter the same email address you gave the school.
• You’ll then be able to set your password and log in.
• Once your account is set up, we recommend downloading the free Arbor App (available on iOS and Android).
If you need us to resend your link, or if you have problems logging in, please contact the school office.
